The subject of this tender is: Provision of computers as indicated in the technical information in the part \u2018\u2019services required \/ technical specifications\u2019\u2019 of the tender documentation. The tender is published as part of the project \u201cKnowledge transfer among education, research and industry entities\u201d, Contract No. CFCU\/MNE\/005, financed by the Ministry of Finance of Montenegro, the Directorate for Finance and Contracting of the EU Assistance Funds.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><u>Deadline for submission of the tenders<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The deadline for submission of tenders is&nbsp;<strong>5 December at 12:00 hours<\/strong>. Any tender received after this deadline will be automatically rejected.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Address and meanings for submission of the tenders<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The tenderers will submit their tenders using the:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>standard tender submission form and technical offer available in Part B of the tender dossier and<\/li><li>financial offer available in Part C of this tender dossier. The financial offer needs to be submitted in a separate envelope.&nbsp;<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The tender will be submitted in 1 original. In case of e-mail submission, the tenderer will provide a scan of signed original of the tender. Any tenders not using the prescribed form might be rejected by the contracting authority.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In addition to the offer the tenderer is required to provide the following supporting documentation (in copies or scanned versions in case of e-mail submission):<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Copy of legal registration&nbsp;<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The tenders will be submitted &nbsp;via post\/carrier, containing the following information:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Name and address of the tenderer<\/li><li>Title of the tender: Equiping Bild Studio with Computers<\/li><li>Reference number: 01-436, for project&nbsp;<em>\u201cKnowledge transfer among education, research, and industry entities\u201d, Contract No. CFCU\/MNE\/005\u201d<\/em><\/li><li>The words: \u2018\u2019Not to be opened before the tender opening session\u2019\u2019 and \u201cNe otvarati prije zvani\u010dnog otvaranja ponuda\u201d<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The tenders will be submitted in person, by post or courier service to the following address:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Bild Studio, Ltd<br>Vlaha Bukovca 48<br>81000 Podgorica, Montenegro<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The tenders can also be submitted on the following e-mail:<br>E-mail:&nbsp;<strong><a href=\"mailto:info@bild-studio.net\">info@bild-studio.net<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The e-mail needs to contain the reference number and the title of the tender procedure. The tender submission form with a technical offer (Part A) and any supporting documentation will be provided as an attachment to the e-mail. The financial offer (Part C) will be provided as a separate attachment.
