Bild Studio\u2019s next step in building Montenegro\u2019s innovation ecosystem<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

After co-founding ICT Cortex<\/a><\/strong> and supporting the creation of Cortex Academy<\/a><\/strong>, our company has taken another bold step in strengthening Montenegro\u2019s IT community \u2014 by launching the idea for Cortex Village<\/strong>, a unique residential project designed to provide better living standards for professionals who drive the country\u2019s digital transformation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The initiative, originally conceived by Bild Studio<\/strong>, grew into a national collaboration between leading IT companies and architectural partners such as NLB Bank<\/strong>, Studio A12<\/strong> and Eurozox<\/strong>. What once seemed like an ambitious concept is now becoming reality \u2014 a community where 115 ICT families<\/strong> will soon call home.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A project born from a purpose<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The idea behind Cortex Village continues the same vision that guided our earlier programs: to invest in people, education, and the environment where innovation thrives<\/strong>.
After educating over a thousand young people through Cortex Academy<\/strong> and co-developing platforms that connect the IT ecosystem, this project represents the next natural step \u2014 creating physical spaces that reflect those same values of growth, collaboration, and sustainability.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cWe wanted this project to help young IT professionals solve one of the biggest challenges in life \u2014 finding a home. Cortex Village was born from our wish to make housing more accessible for those building Montenegro\u2019s digital future, offering not just apartments, but a community where young families can live, grow, and create together.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

Human-centered and sustainable by design<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Developed in partnership with A12 Studio, NLB<\/strong> and Eurozox<\/strong> Cortex Village redefines modern residential living. The complex integrates over 40% green areas<\/strong>, energy-efficient design<\/strong>, solar power<\/strong>, and smart urban planning<\/strong> that promotes balance between work, family, and nature.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Parking and traffic are placed underground, leaving open, walkable, and safe green zones for families and children. The architecture prioritizes natural light, open terraces, and spacious living areas \u2014 turning everyday life into a more meaningful and connected experience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

More than housing \u2014 a movement<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Cortex Village is not just about building homes. It\u2019s about building a community<\/strong> \u2014 one that reflects the values of cooperation, wellbeing, and social responsibility.
Future residents, many of them from Montenegro\u2019s IT sector, have been involved in the planning process through surveys and consultations, shaping the design according to real human needs, not just technical plans.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
