Users expect apps to be available on both platforms. To keep everything in the sustainability frame, we set a goal to make this app as fast as possible and easy to maintain, to make everything as reusable as possible. Doughnut economics on a code level.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We opted for a cross-platform solution. Twice the output for every single line of code. The app was built in React Native.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>While choosing the right tools to build the app, we focused on several benefits of cross-platform solutions: cost-effectiveness, faster development, easy maintenance, greater reach, access to native features, and faster time-to-market.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>One of the biggest advantages of React Native over other frameworks comes after the app is built. Both mobile platforms are handled in a single codebase, which can simplify maintenance and reduce the chances of errors or inconsistencies across different platforms. And we get to maintain one codebase, instead of two.
