We were engaged to switch business model of the app from B2B to B2B2C, and to give opportunity to individual users to use the platform for the smart habits, but during research and discovery phase, and having in mind competitors analysis, we soon switched our focus to mobile app design & development, and along with that the redesign of the web app.
Well Being is becoming more important in modern society, but to make it even more suitable and easier to use, we designed a mobile app that makes good habits become accessible on a daily basis, through the workday active breaks.
The main challenge was how to make the platform available for the individual/regular users, who can have big benefits of the smart habits that are easy and funny to use.
Also, to make interesting, fun, and visually appealing, the main core of the app, so to call – core loop, which goes in steps:
-> take a break > earn points > level up > repeat.
Having in mind that more and more people were working remotely, from home offices, we figured out that the mob app was the right solution for the individual user, who wants to have a sense of community in the company.
First step was to design & develop a mobile app that will give users opportunity for on the go usage.
Cuckoo’s gamified moment makes it even more interesting to use. Especially if you are part of companies’ weekly and monthly challenges.
The playful journey in the workday wellbeing is super easy. You just take a break, collect points, go up the Cuckoo adventure map and easily get great prizes. And all of it on your phone!
Can it be better than having the ability to choose when you want to take break. Maybe your work besti is on a meet and can not do the challenge now? Don’t worry, app will take care of notifying her and make her remember that she still needs to compete 🙂
And having in mind that the community aspect is pushing forward any kind of interactions between groups, the plan was to make users easily challenge their work besties 😀 to a break competition, and try to be first on the leaderboard!
