Estitor.com is the most visited real estate platform in Montenegro. As the user base and property listings grew rapidly, the platform needed a complete UX and UI redesign to improve usability, visual identity, and overall engagement.
Our challenge was to create a seamless experience that helps users find properties faster and makes the platform feel trustworthy and modern.
Our Approach
We started with an in-depth Product Discovery phase — interviewing users, analyzing competitors, and mapping real user journeys.
From these insights, we designed a new information architecture and intuitive navigation system that simplifies property search and browsing.
Then, our design team translated these insights into a modern, human-centered interface — clean visuals, improved accessibility, and consistent UI components ready for scalable development.
High-fidelity prototypes were tested with real users, ensuring every design decision was backed by feedback.
