Locate London and its sister service, Locate Cambridge - provides free market entry support to businesses expanding into the UK. Their data was sophisticated. Their service was premium. Their digital presence wasn't keeping up.
They needed three interconnected products built from scratch: a powerful admin panel, an embeddable Navigator & ChatBot, and a presentational website. One team. One cohesive platform. 100% on-time delivery.

The Pain
Locate's challenge looked straightforward on paper. It wasn't.
They were managing large volumes of structured market data - workforce statistics, cost benchmarks, timelines, industry insights and needed it presented in ways that felt effortless to businesses navigating a new market. At the same time, their internal team needed to manage all of it without touching a line of code.
The specific complexity: one admin source feeding multiple outputs simultaneously: a Business Journey, a Navigator, a ChatBot, and personalized PDF reports, all embeddable across different websites, all consistent, all real-time.
Off-the-shelf tools couldn't carry that weight. The solution had to be built from the ground up.
The Solution
Bild brought a cross-functional team of six: Project Manager, Tech Lead, Frontend and Backend Developers, WordPress Lead, and UX/UI Designer and structured the delivery across three workstreams.
Admin Panel - Every output, every content update, every report, managed from one place, without developer involvement. Locate's team can configure Business Journey steps, build and edit ChatBot scripts, track PDF exports, and manage city and market data across both regions.
Navigator & ChatBot - An application that delivers tailored guidance based on each user's industry, ambitions, and answers. Live market data, workforce stats, salary benchmarks, city comparisons, surfaced in context, exactly when users need it.
Report Export & Presentational Website - At the end of their journey, users receive a fully personalised PDF, dynamically assembled, branded to Locate, delivered as a download and via email. The presentational website, built on WordPress with React and TailwindCSS, brings Locate's brand to life with custom illustrations and seamless animations.
