HillMetrics is a French FinTech company that transforms fragmented financial data into reliable, contextualised, and directly actionable intelligence, built for institutional investors, asset managers, financial advisors, and high-net-worth individuals who can't afford to base decisions on anything less than the best data available.
Their platform, hmdata.ai, needed to be built from the ground up, scalable, secure, AI-powered, and compliant with the rigorous standards of financial services. Bild came in at discovery and stayed through to production delivery.
Financial data is only as valuable as the infrastructure that carries it. For HillMetrics - serving Tier 1 clients including BPCE, CA Indosuez, and Boursorama, the bar wasn't just high. It was non-negotiable.
The challenge was building a platform that could ingest millions of financial data records daily, maintain full auditability at the most advanced security level, and deliver a UX sophisticated enough for investment professionals, all under ambitious timelines, and with native AI woven into the core of the product from day one.

Scalable, event-driven microservices architecture - Built on Microsoft Azure, orchestrated through Kubernetes, containerised with Docker and .NET Aspire, a cloud-native platform capable of ingesting millions of financial records daily without performance compromise. End-to-end observability through Grafana covers logs, metrics, traces, and dashboards.
A complete proprietary design system - Rather than creating a dependency, Bild built HillMetrics a fully autonomous front end, a complete proprietary design system that gives their team the freedom to manage and evolve the interface without external involvement.
