The Context
Crnogorski Telekom, Montenegro's largest telecom operator and part of the Deutsche Telekom Group, needed a corporate website that matched their scale: 500+ employees, 99% LTE coverage, dominant market share across every segment. A full redesign, 800+ pages, a custom webshop, integrated payment system, and E2E order automation. All of it aligned to Deutsche Telekom's global brand standards, localised for Montenegro.
The platform launched. And nearly a decade later, the collaboration is still going.

The Pain
Market leaders don't get to have average digital presence. For Crnogorski Telekom, holding 44%+ of the broadband internet market, 32%+ in mobile, 66%+ in fixed-line, their existing website wasn't reflecting the company they'd become.
The challenge went deeper than a redesign. They needed a platform that could actually run the business: a live e-sales catalogue pulling from backend systems, automated inventory and price management, a unified customer account across all digital channels, and an ordering system integrated end-to-end. Over 800 pages, redesigned from the ground up, to the exacting standards of a global telecommunications group.

The Solution
A team of around 20 UX and UI designers, frontend and backend developers, full stack developers, solution architects, system engineers, motion designers, and a project manager, worked across every layer of the platform. Discovery workshops came first. Business goals, design requirements, technical constraints, all mapped before a single screen was designed.
From there, Bild delivered:
- A corporate website at Deutsche Telekom standard - fully responsive, performance-optimised, and localised for the Montenegrin market without compromising the global brand system.
- A custom e-sales catalogue - live product data pulled from existing backend systems, with automated rules governing how products are presented and sold across digital channels. Inventory and pricing, fully automated.
- A unified customer account - for the first time, a single login across all of Crnogorski Telekom's digital channels.
- E2E order automation - a direct interface with the ordering system, eliminating manual steps from digital sale to fulfilment.
- Ongoing support - not a handover. A continued partnership, maintained and developed ever since.
